HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY?

All orders for delivery locations starting 04/24/2022 will be processed through our online ordering system. If you need help of have questions please reach out to us at (979)665-6524. Payment types accepted online are PayPal and card.

DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR ON FARM PICKUP?

No. Our Farm Store is open! We are open 7 days a week from 6AM-8PM including major holidays. Our ladies don’t take a day off so neither do we. Our property is gated, there is a keypad mounted in the driveway with the gate code on it for access. The gate closes automatically and there is another keypad mounted inside to let you out. Please help us out by insuring the gate closes behind you on your way out. Our store is self service, so don’t be alarmed when you come in and no one is there. We do have several cameras throughout our property for insurance purposes. We do ask that customers do not go passed the store. We keep large animals and livestock on our property, this is for the safety of both our customers and our livestock. Payment types accepted at the farm store are cash, card, CashApp, and Apple Pay. 

CAN I PAY CASH AT DELIVERY/PICKUP?

Unfortunately, no. Due to State Laws surrounding Raw for Retail products we can not accept payment for our raw milk products off of our farm property. All orders must be paid for before leaving our property. If your order has not been paid for before we load for delivery, we are unable to load it.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY DELIVERY ORDER.

You can cancel your order for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

I FORGOT TO PICKUP MY ORDER!

We know life is busy and sometimes things just happen. we do try and send out a text message reminder about your order the day of delivery. With the exception of the Clute/Lake Jackson Delivery, if you forget to pickup your order during the designated delivery time we will attempt to contact you before leaving the location. If we are unable to reach you, or you can not make it to the location in a reasonable amount of time your order will be available for on farm pickup the next day. If you are a Clute/Lake Jackson delivery customer, your order will be available to be picked up at that location the following day. Because this is a perishable product, if you have not picked your order up at the end of the next day you forfeit your order and we are unable to issue a refund.

BOTTLE DEPOSITS (WHY DO I NEED TO PAY THEM ON EACH ORDER?)

If you would like glass bottles for your delivery we do require the $2.00 deposit each time on every bottle. It is listed as a separate item in the store. Please add the same number of bottle deposits as glass bottles ordered. We will make a note of your return when you arrive to pickup your milk and return your rinsed empty bottle. Your deposit will be returned to you via the payment method you used to purchase your order. All returns will be processed the evening of your delivery.
If you are a Farm Store customer you will just leave your bottle on the return shelf and your deposit will transfer to the one you are picking up. If you are returning more bottles than you are purchasing that’s fine too. We have an option for that listed under discounts on the register.
